Indication: Haematological malignancy treatment Further information: CD34 recognises the human progenitor cell antigen (HPCA), which is present on immature haematopoietic cells and all haematopoietic colony-forming cells. Quantitation of the CD34 positive cells in the peripheral blood is a useful tool to determine the optimum time to harvest the cells.
